May 5, 2024 (Sunday) - Arrival Day / Meet & Greet (Brussels)

• You will be met at Brussels Airport (BRU) with a transfer to the group hotel. Feel free to explore the city or adjuct to your new time zone.
• That night we will have a meet and greet at the group hotel.
• Check in time for our hotel is at 3:00 PM. Your room may not be ready until then but you can store your luggage while you explore.

May 6, 2024 (Monday) - Brussels City Tour / Atomium (Brussels)

• With a local guide we'll have a city tour of Brussels.
• In the afternoon we'll explore Atomium, the symbol of Brussels and Belgium.

May 7, 2024 (Tuesday) - Antwerp (Brussels)

Today we'll tour Antwerp with a local guide.

In the afternoon we have a beer tasting at De Koninck.

May 8, 2024 (Wednesday) - Bruges (Brussels)

• Today we'll tour Bruges with a local guide and there will be plently of time in the afternoon to explore on your own.

May 9, 2024 (Thursday) - FREE DAY (Brussels)

• Today is a free day to explore on your own or with other group members.

May 10, 2024 (Friday) - Chocolate Making Class (Brussels)

• There will be free time in the morning to enjoy Brussels before our afternoon tour.
• In our chocolate making class we get to make chocolate with our own flavores.

May 11, 2024 (Saturday) - Ghent (Brussels)

• In addition to a tour of the city by land we'll have a tour of the city by boat.

May 12, 2024 (Sunday) - Departure Day

• Today is our departure day and transportation will be provided from the group hotel to the Bruseels Airport (BRU).

• We offer complimentary roommate matching as long as you're a complete non-smoker/non-tobacco user (including vaping) and you book at least 120 days prior to the trip start date. After that point it is subject to availability at the time of your reservation. Don't let not having a roommate keep you from coming on this trip!
• If you use our complimentary roommate matching service and you're a smoker/ tobacco user (including vaping), you will be required to pay for your own hotel room during the trip and will be responsible for any and all additional costs associated with that.

Travel Insurance

• The accommodations, activities, and other inclusions and/or their order may change and/or be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control and/or for any other reason we deem necessary. In the event this occurs, we will try our best to arrange similar accommodations, activities, and other inclusions.
• Depending on the size of our group, some and/or all of our activities may be part of a larger public tour group.
• Some parts of this trip requires extensive walking (5 miles or more over the course of the day as well as uphill/downhill climbing on cobblestone or non-stable pathways).

• Should Holland restrict access to United States citizens from entering the country there will be a complete refund of all monies paid for the trip (less Paypal fees). If the trip is a go and you simply choose not to go, you will not be entitled to a refund.
• Please note that masks might be required to be worn while touring. We will need to abide by the current recommendations from the German government, the cities that we are touring, and the suppliers we're using.
• Please note that entry into Holland might require a full vaccination, negative COVID tsst, or a combination of both.
